Abstract: Discussion of the best practices, issues and challenges, critical success factors, findings and recommendations for the One-Stop Business Compliance Initiative. The initiative is concerned with reducing the cost of compliance for businesses working with the Federal Government, particularly small business. Business requires a single point of access to all the laws and regulations and online tools to help them determine whether or not they are in compliance.
