Abstract: The Division D--Federal Acquisition Reform Act is amended by adding Acquisition Workforce as a new section. The head of each executive agency shall establish policies and procedures for the effective management (including accession, education, training, career development, and performance incentives) of the acquisition workforce of the agency.
