Abstract: The report describes Federal efforts to improve the quality of services delivered to the public by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Federal information collections. It also highlights agencies efforts to reduce the time the public spends on Federal information collections and promotes further reductions by giving agencies examples of practical approaches that other agencies have used successfully.
