Abstract: An Executive Order from President William Clinton, dated February 4, 1998, on year 2000 conversion. The policy states that no critical Federal program experiences disruption because of the Y2K problem, provides directives for to establishing the President's Council on Year 2000 Conversion and outlines the Responsibilities of Interagency and Executive Office Councils.
