Abstract: The Government Information Security Reform Act addresses the program management and evaluation aspects of security and creates a management framework for both unclassified and national security systems. The Act require annual agency program reviews, annual Inspector General (IG) evaluations, agency reporting of the results of IG evaluations, and agency input to an annual OMB report to Congress.
