Abstract: The document provides an E-Government target conceptual architecture with descriptions of the components required for moving rapidly to a web, service-enabled, business transaction environment. The models in this guidance associated with the business, performance, data, and applications models establish an effective baseline of E-Gov architectural concepts and common vocabulary.
