FISMA: Lessons in Determining Effectiveness

Abstract: On Wednesday, August 31, 2005, the Federal CIO Council's Best Practices Committee hosted the Information Security Report Card Symposium. The Symposium offered two tracks: one that offered persepectives from assessors of and another that highlighted best practices. This presentation from the Assessor track, Lessons in Determining Effectiveness, was given by Charles Coe, Deptarment of Education.
