Abstract: The memorandum states that some agencies have implemented GPEA by enabling forms to be filled out on-line but that there is more to do reduce the paperwork burden by consolidating redundant data requirements across thousands of forms. An attachment outlines the procedures agencies should follow to provide their 2003 GPEA plans and a link for background information on GPEA and the Paperwork Reduction Act is provided.
