Draft Update of Clinger Cohen Competencies and Draft White Paper on Enterprise Architecture

Abstract: The one page memorandum from the Workforce and Human Capital for IT Committee to the Federal CIO Council addresses the goal to issue an approved, updated list of the Clinger-Cohen competencies by August 29, 2003 and request that each agency review the "Enterprise Architecture" White Paper and the modified Clinger-Cohen competencies and provide comments by July 31, 2003.
