Abstract: The memorandum from OMB to the Presidents Management Council on Developing the Action Plan for Citizen-Centered Government speaks to an establishment of two taskforces to identify priority actions to achieve a common solution to better serve the citizen in the areas of grant management and human resources management systems and solicits for individuals to work on establishing these taskforces.
