IT Workforce Capability Assessment Survey Analysis for 2004

Abstract: This Analysis Report discusses the results of the 2004 IT Workforce Capability Assessment Survey which captures information on the Federal Government's current IT workforce. Over 22,000 Federal IT employees responded to the survey that assesses their proficiency in IT-related competencies and skills. Respondents also answered demographic questions, noted time spent on specialized job activities, and specified the IT-related certification areas where they possess a recent certification or a certificate.
