Human Capital Planning for the IT Workforce

Abstract: In support of the President's Management Agenda (Strategic Management of Human Capital) and OMB requirements that all agencies have a plan in place to close IT skill gaps by August 30, 2005, the IT Workforce Committee of the CIO Council will provide training to agencies on how to utilize the Capability Planning and Analysis Tool for IT workforce planning.
