Abstract: This presentation made was made by Ms. Karen Pica, Director, Federal Acquisition Institute. She was also accompanied by Ms. Lesley Field, Procurement Analyst, OMB, Ms. Cassandra Wells, Procurement Analyst Acquisition Workforce Manager, DOT and Mr. Jesse Stewart, DOD Defense Acquisition University. All are members of a working group that is preparing recommendations for certification for Federal Project and Program Managers. It was presented at the July 13, 2006 IT Quarterly Forum which was co-hosted by the IT Workforce Committee of the CIO Council, and GSA's Office of Technology Strategy at GSA. July 13, 2007
