By your Federal IT offices participating in the Friday, February 1, 2002, Federal CIO Job Shadow Day! The Federal CIO Council is, for the 2nd year, encouraging information technology (IT) offices around the country to join the national Groundhog Job Shadow Day event and host high school student "shadows".
