Abstract: This presentation made was at a breakout session at the 2006 Federal IT Summit by Dr. Ron Ross, Dr. Ron Ross, Project Leader for the Computer Security Division’s Information Technology Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The slides were presented on October 4, 2006 at the FDIC training center. The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Federal CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee.
