FY 2009 Unique Project Identifier Codes

Abstract: With the release of the updated OMB Circular A-11 guidance, we have updated the E-Gov unique project identifier (UPI) coding document (attached) to reflect the UPI structure for the FY09 budget process. Rules for the UPI coding of the E-Gov and LoB initiatives have not changed since the FY2006 budget (“Additional Instructions for the Presidential E-Gov and Lines of Business Initiatives for FY06 Budget Submissions” document).
