Abstract: This presentation made was at the 2007 Federal IT Summit by Karen Pica, Director of the Federal Acquisition Institute . The title of the presentation was “Certification for Federal IT Project Managers—What Every IT Worker Should Know”. The slides were presented on October 9, 2007 at the Department of Commerce at a breakout session to more than 100 federal IT workers. The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Federal CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee.
