Abstract: This presentation made was at the 2007 Federal IT Summit by Byron Barker, head of the Stragegic Planning Division of the National Telecommunications and Information Agency. The title of the presentation was “The Importance of Spectrum Management and Use to th eCIO’s Overall IT Enterprise Portfolio”. The slides were presented on October 9, 2007 at the Department of Commerce at a breakout session to more than 100 federal IT workers The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Federal CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee.
