2008 Clinger-Cohen Core Competencies

Abstract: This letter formalizes the 2008 Update to the Clinger-Cohen Core Competencies and is signed by the co-chairs of the Federal CIO Council's IT Workforce Committee. It also includes the updated competencies that serve as a baseline to assist organizations in complying with Section 11315 (c) (3) of Title 40 (Clinger-Cohen Act) and Section 209 of the E-Government Act.
