Abstract: The Federal Chief Information Officers (CIO) Council and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) are conducting the 2011 IT Workforce Capability Assessment (ITWCA) to determine our strengths across the Federal civilian IT community, and the capabilities and skills needed for the future. From January 18 through February 25, 2011, all Federal civilian IT professionals will be invited to take the ITWCA survey.
