Abstract: This memorandum outlines and clarifies the respective responsibilities and activities of the Office of Management and Budget, the Cybersecurity Coordinator, and the Department of Homeland Security, in particular with respect to the Federal Government's implementation of the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA; 44 U.S.C. ยงยง 3541-3549).
