Last Chance To Participate in the ITWCA Survey

Time’s running out for Federal IT workers to take the IT Workforce Capability Assessment (ITWCA) survey, which has been extended to Friday, March 4.

All Federal civilian IT employees are urged to participate in the ITWCA, developed by the Federal Chief Information Officers (CIO) Council and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to gather information on the current state of the government workforce. Survey results will inform Federal CIOs and Chief Human Capital Officers of any capability, skill, and resource gaps that need to be closed to achieve each agency's mission.

Findings from the ITWCA will ultimatelyhelp carry out the 25-Point Implementation Plan To Reform Federal Information Technology Management and develop a new career path for Federal IT program managers.

The survey is available only online and should take about 40 minutes. Your timely participation is greatly appreciated.

Please note: Federal IT workers may take the ITWCA anonymously, and survey results will not be used to assess or evaluate individual performance. Although the survey is not required, all members of the Federal civilian IT workforce are strongly encouraged to participate to create the most comprehensive assessment possible.

Take the ITWCA survey by Friday, March 4, 2011. ›
